  2. When you finish filling in the form, click on  CHECK button on the form. The Web server checks your input and prompts you when it finds any missing or inappropriate input.
  3. When no error is found, the server displays your registration form. If you think the form is correct please click on CONFIRM button. If there is any error, you can change by clicking on that field name.
  4. Once you push  CONFIRM  button, a new page appears and you can upload a PDF file of your manuscript.
  5. Please specify your PDF file name(s) of your manuscript in your local system. The file names to upload must be in English. If your submission category requires additional documents, you will also be directed to specify file names for these documents.
  6. When you finish filling in the form, click on  CHECK  button on the form.
  7. File transfer begins based on file name(s) provided in the form. It may take a while to upload file(s). The time required for uploading depends on your Internet connection speed and sever load. Please be patient. If there are any errors, you will be notified.
  8. When upload is finished, the system acknowledges your submission and will display your own submission ID number. Please print this page and keep it for your record. Any further correspondence with the conference secretariat may require this submission ID number.
  9. Acknowledgment of receipt of registration will be sent by e-mail within 7 days. You will also receive your submission ID for further contact.
  10. The conference secretariat or one of the co-chairs of your submissions may contact you, if there is any problem with your PDF file. If necessary, you may be asked to send a paper version of your submission.
